Google Panda; its impact on content

Google Panda; its impact on content
With such a huge amount of informative content being made available on the web through various websites, it was slowly becoming impossible for Search Engines to differentiate between the quality of content. In order to distinguish between sites that offered original and verifiable content on their WebPages with the sites that used re-furbished and re-phrased content, Google introduced Google Panda.

Google Panda is actually a modification in the existing algorithm of Google which is aimed at screening out sites featuring junk and duplicate content on the web. This algorithm update distinguishes websites featuring high quality content on the basis of originality and authenticity and pushes them up on the SERPs while pulling low quality content sites down in the rankings.
